Chromatographic determination of amino acids in the products of processing proteinaceous raw materials

Amino acid analysis is a standard procedure. Please compare your methodology with the possible analogous procedures from food supplement analysis or any other relevant areas. Why have you stoped at Rs = 0.5, when it is not sufficient for quantitative analysis?
